He took the time to listen, was responsive throughout the process, and worked to correct every issue that was brought to his attention. I appreciate his efforts and commitment to making things right.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Bethany at State Farm. Throughout our interactions, she was consistently dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns or attempting to help resolve the issues with my claim, I felt like I was being talked down to and treated as though my situation was an inconvenience.

Dealing with a total loss vehicle and the aftermath of an accident is already stressful enough, and customer service representatives should be trained to handle customers with empathy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Communication was poor, questions were not answered clearly, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the process.

I understand that claim decisions are not always what customers want to hear, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those decisions. Based on my experience, Bethany fell far short of that standard. I hope State Farm addresses these concerns and provides additional training on customer service and professionalism."
